How do I book a session?
Get in touch via the booking form, email or WhatsApp and we'll confirm your date and time. A 50% deposit secures your slot, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your session.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and any notes or content you've prepared. Equipment, setup and engineering are all taken care of.
How long should I book for?
That depends on your episode format. Most clients book 2–3 hours to allow time for setup, recording and any retakes without feeling rushed.
How does editing work?
Send us your recorded files and we'll handle the rest — full editing, mastering to DSP levels and two rounds of feedback before final delivery.
What if I've never recorded a podcast before?
No experience needed. Your dedicated engineer will guide you through the session from start to finish.
